liable for any misrepresentation by the seller.
We urge you to be honest and only state what you know to be true. When describing your vehicle please try to
stay away from terms like perfect, nicest in existence and flawless. These terms are very subjective and are hard
to prove or disprove

The reserve price is the net amount that
you wish to receive for your vehicle.
The reserve should be the lowest acceptable amount you would take for
your vehicle.

My-Classic-Car-Trader.com commission
fees are (0) percent (0%) above and beyond your reserve price. This will then become the auction’s reserve
price. Commission fees are collected
from the buyer/bidder NOT the seller.

I understand that
My-Classic-Car-Trader.com cannot control bidders, and therefore; will not be
liable for non-paying or bogus bidders.

Once the reserve price is met online,
you understand that you are obligated to sell your vehicle at the reserve price
set or discussed with My-Classic-Car-Trader.com. Reserve prices changes must be done via
e-mail.
·
My-Classic-Car-Traders.com makes no
guarantees that any vehicle will sell as a result of the auction or in any
given time frame. Listing applications
will be processed as soon as possible.
My-Classic-Car-Trader.com makes no guarantees on a specific listing time
or date.

Once the listing form is submitted, you
CANNOT sell or trade the vehicle outside the My-Classic-Car-Trader.com
agreement until fourteen (14) days after the auction is over. My-Classic-Car-Trader.com will have ten (10)
days after the auction to try to get a deal done (If the reserve price isn’t
met).

You understand all the listing fees and
commission fees for the service and agree to abide by the
agreement.
By signing this form, you are agreeing that all
information provided is honest and accurate to the best of your knowledge, that
you are accepting full legal responsibility for these representations, and are
willing to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My-Classic-Car-Traders.com from any
liability resulting from the transaction, including attorney fees. Honesty is the best policy.
